Greetings from Barb Belding and Rodger Ellis. Thank you for visiting our little corner of the Internet in beautiful Riverside, California.

Here, you will find many of our favorite recipes, photos of some of our adventures, and some other stuff.

We always enjoy hearing from friends and visitors, so please don’t hesitate to comment on anything you see here. Please know that we really do read each and every comment, and we always reply if we think a reply is warranted.

We particularly like to see comments on our recipes. If you have tried one of our recipes and have suggestions on how to improve it, then be bold and tell us what to adjust, what to throw out,  and what to add. We’ll try out your ideas, and if it works for us we’ll either modify the existing recipe or publish a new one. In any case, we will of course give you full credit for your contribution.

Oh… and if you are wondering about that weird gizmo that looks like a waffle iron gone berserk, it’s a QR Code, which you are beginning to see on websites, in print magazines, and even on electronic billboards. A QR Code is a two-dimensional barcode that contains information that you can suck into your smartphone by just pointing to the picture that contains the QR Code. There are tons of apps for both iPhone and Android. Get an Android or an iPhone and you’ll know what I’m talkin’ about….
